forty (40)lb. to ninety (90)lb. capacity fryer with just one(1) safe trip without the danger of Hot Oil splashes
from open buckets of 100° to 300°F Hot oil (ouch, skin burns at 120°F).
Transporting HOT Waste Oil via open pots, pans or buckets is dangerous. Usually the night crew changes the oil
at the end of the night. It could be the last thing they do on the shift. It's late. They hurry to finish so they
